Lead Supervisor (Onshore Wind Projects, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves leading complex wind turbine installation projects from planning to execution, focusing on large-scale onshore wind initiatives in the Northern & Central Europe region. The Lead Supervisor will collaborate with project teams, customers, and on-site personnel to ensure safe and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate site activities for projects involving 10 or more turbines.
• Serve as the overall site supervisor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of projects.
• Engage in project planning activities at least three months prior to site mobilization.
• Coordinate procurement and availability of necessary tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Prepare all site documentation, procedures, and project materials ahead of execution.
• Ensure site readiness and align stakeholders for effective project delivery.
• Provide leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle to installation supervisors.

Qualifications

• Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in the wind energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of turbine installations and commissioning.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience on turbine installation projects.
• Experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, quality management, and customer relations.
• Proficient in SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
