Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design and architecture patterns.
• Proficient in C#/.NET and backend system development.
• Familiarity with APIs and messaging concepts.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of backend systems primarily in APL.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions for cloud environments on Microsoft Azure.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and agile practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Drive code quality through testing and engineering standards.
• Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs.
• Work effectively in a continuous integration environment using Git.

Skills

• Strong experience in C#/.NET and backend system architecture.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and service bus patterns.
• Experience in technical leadership is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn APL, with training provided.
