• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a global organization, emphasizing process management

• Familiarity with process management systems or CPX is a plus
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain processes for project teams executing customer projects
• Ensure continuous process excellence and design improvements
• Align with key stakeholders on the strategic process roadmap
• Manage and evaluate change requests, providing analysis and recommendations
• Model and document processes adhering to excellence guidelines
