Responsibilities

• Manage product governance processes including intake, prioritization, and lifecycle status reporting.
• Ensure a balanced portfolio of initiatives within resource constraints, providing transparency in trade-offs.
• Oversee the lifecycle of customer-facing service offers, ensuring consistent information availability.
• Define and govern M&A integration frameworks, providing risk and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with operational teams to embed readiness requirements and prevent operational debt.
• Establish cost transparency models and reporting that leaders can trust.
• Standardize supplier onboarding and performance governance processes.
• Build analytics for product and portfolio insights to support decision-making.

Skills

Education
