Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and R&D, with a focus on leading mechanical design activities.
• Experience in an international setting.
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, product development, and engineering calculations.
• Experience in cost analysis and optimization.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive mechanical design direction for the product range.
• Participate in product committee activities and execute agreed actions.
• Collaborate with various departments on technical inquiries and product-related issues.
• Optimize product costs while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Lead complex mechanical design projects from concept to release.
• Conduct simulations, testing, and R&D to validate new technologies.
• Create CAD models and technical documentation.
• Support installation and troubleshooting as needed.
