Lead Cyber Security Steward (On-site)

Job summary

This position serves as a key liaison between Digital Security, Cluster Leadership in Consumer & Marketing Technology, and Product Teams, ensuring that security initiatives are effective and aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience across diverse technology domains, including cloud, MarTech, data platforms, identity systems, AI/ML, and customer-facing applications.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with modern development ecosystems, including cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with the Digital Security team to measure and validate compliance.
• Champion inclusive and collaborative working environments.
• Deliver impactful updates and drive alignment with cluster leadership.
• Balance risk with enablement to protect the organization while fostering innovation.
• Regularly report on security controls and progress to relevant audiences.
• Embed security controls into engineering pipelines and architectures.
