Job summary

This role focuses on leading the design and development of automation solutions within an R&D organization, emphasizing technical leadership and innovation in software architecture and product development.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related BSc/MSc discipline.
  • Experience with automation systems and industrial software development.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell, ABB).
  • Familiarity with electrical design tools (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, PCSCHEMATIC).
  • Structured and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities in an international setting.
  • Fluent in technical English; Danish is a plus.
  • Experience with robotics, computer vision, industrial software architecture, or AI technologies is advantageous.
