Job summary

The Launch Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing product launches to market, ensuring a seamless transition into routine commercial supply. This role involves collaboration with suppliers and various internal stakeholders to achieve timely and compliant launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product launches, preferably within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with ERP systems, data analysis, and financial evaluations.
• Fluency in business English and ability to work effectively across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end launch processes, ensuring timely execution and transition to commercial supply.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers during the launch phase, leading onboarding and negotiations.
• Plan launch volumes, manage orders, and coordinate cross-functional activities for product availability.
• Handle purchasing, transportation, and safety stock planning, ensuring smooth handover to daily operations.
• Maintain master data in ERP systems and prepare product specifications.
• Support Quality and Regulatory Affairs with compliance documentation and collaborate with key stakeholders.
