Junior Project Manager (Logistics, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves supporting global projects within a newly established team focused on customer management in logistics. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in project management and consulting while working with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
• A few years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, consulting, or project support (internships included).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of tasks and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reporting and performance analysis, consolidating data, preparing performance reports, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist in project coordination and PMO support, maintaining documentation, timelines, and task trackers.
• Help create and maintain standard packages and documentation for management systems.
• Gather best practices and insights for improvement and innovation activities, coordinating workshops and knowledge-sharing events.
• Collaborate with internal departments for integration activities and act as a point of contact for project topics.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with comfort in working with data sets.
• Basic project management skills; knowledge of PM methods/tools is a plus.
• Understanding of logistics or 3PL concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s degree is an advantage.

Tools

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is beneficial.
