Junior Full-Stack Developer

Job summary

A Junior Full-Stack Developer is needed to enhance the Digital Development team, focusing initially on analytics backend development and the evolution of the BI platform, with potential growth into broader full-stack responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software development, analytics engineering, or backend development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python.
• Familiarity with software development practices, including Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, APIs, and backend development concepts.
• Ability to responsibly use AI-supported coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, test, and document dbt models and data transformations.
• Support data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and SQL-based analytics logic.
• Debug data quality issues and improve the reliability of data models.
• Contribute to the development of the BI tool, including backend logic and APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical tasks.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs, supporting frontend work as needed.
• Communicate with users to address bug reports and feature requests.
