Junior Full-Stack Developer (Tech, Hybrid-Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

This position involves contributing to the development of internal digital products and analytics capabilities within a growing organization focused on a circular business model. The role will initially emphasize analytics backend development and evolve into a broader full-stack development position over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in software development, analytics engineering, or backend development.
• Strong foundation in SQL and experience with Python.
• Familiarity with software development practices, including Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, APIs, and backend development concepts.
• Ability to responsibly use AI-supported coding tools by reviewing outputs before application.
• Interest in expanding into full-stack web development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, test, and document dbt models and data transformations for the analytics backend and data platform.
• Support data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and SQL-based analytics logic.
• Debug data quality issues and identify root causes across data models and pipelines.
• Contribute to the development of the BI tool, including backend logic, APIs, and data structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical tasks.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs, and support frontend work as needed.
• Engage with users to address bug reports and feature requests.
