Responsibilities

• Assist in Marine People and Culture processes for newbuilding and vessel takeover projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
• Develop pre- and post-delivery plans that include training, experience building, and pool readiness.
• Coordinate complex global project activities to ensure timely execution within defined scopes and priorities.
• Facilitate crew selection and identify training needs based on vessel specifications and operational demands.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and alignment.
• Support the planning of crew-related activities in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Provide insights on organizational effectiveness and crewing considerations, while upholding safety standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and participate in departmental projects as needed.
