Junior Analyst (Healthcare & Life Sciences, Nordic Region)

Job summary

This role involves working as a Junior Analyst within a multidisciplinary consulting team focused on providing insights and advice to stakeholders in the healthcare and life sciences sectors in the Nordic region. The position requires collaboration with various entities, including hospitals and national registries, to deliver Real World data insights.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD (or equivalent) in pharmacology, biomedicine, epidemiology, or related scientific fields.
• Familiarity with basic statistics, including mean, median, percentiles, p-values, confidence intervals, and survival analysis.
• Proven project management capabilities and a desire to expand experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language, with residency in the Nordics.
• Ability to structure information logically and work collaboratively across regions.
• Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for various projects.
• Liaise with hospitals and stakeholders for project setup, including contracts and confidentiality agreements.
• Manage small-sized client engagements and perform site management visits as needed.
• Write and review data access applications to health data authorities.
• Conduct interviews with clinical experts and patients to gather insights.
• Create structured, client-facing deliverables and communicate findings effectively.
• Stay informed about the national health data landscape.
• Contribute to proposal development when required.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
• High digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Education

• MSc or PhD in relevant scientific disciplines.

Tools

• Familiarity with statistical programming and experience with Nordic registry data is a plus.
