IT Systems Engineer (HRIS, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves taking technical ownership of the internal HRIS and its automations, focusing on enhancing the employee lifecycle experience. The IT Systems Engineer will work closely with People Operations and other business functions to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HRIS and SaaS systems.
• Familiarity with operational processes and tools such as Sage People, Greenhouse, or Workday is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems and identity provider (IdP) systems.
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage the HRIS system and its integrations.
• Collaborate with People Operations to optimize onboarding, offboarding, and data management processes.
• Monitor system integrations and automations between HR and IT systems.
• Respond to system alerts and manage incident responses.
• Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Handle incident tickets and escalations effectively.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in cross-functional projects involving various stakeholders.
