Job summary

This internship offers a chance to support and maintain IT systems within a global organization focused on life sciences and biotechnology. You will assist internal users with 1st and 2nd level IT challenges, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an education in IT Support or Data Technician.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on and remote IT support to end-users in a global environment.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.
  • Manage procurement, installation, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.
  • Conduct network patching and general hardware support.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist users.
  • Curiosity about IT technology and troubleshooting.

Education

  • Enrollment in an IT Support or Data Technician program is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with IT support tools and systems is beneficial.
