Job summary

This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of technological infrastructure. The IT Operations Specialist will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all employees have access to the necessary digital tools, providing technical support and resolving user issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with technical issues and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with storage management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (certification is a plus).
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Experience in both macOS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for macOS and Windows computers.
  • Adhere to SLAs and company IT policies.
  • Manage personal ticket queue in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base and internal IT resources.
  • Deliver excellent customer support to employees globally.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of ticketing systems and workflows.
  • Experience supporting meeting rooms and Zoom conference rooms.
  • Additional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Apple, Cisco) are a plus.

Education

  • Relevant technical certifications or degrees are preferred but not specified.

Tools

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, macOS, and Windows operating systems.
