IT Delivery Lead (HR Technology, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading the implementation of a modern Human Capital Management (HCM) solution that supports core HR processes across the organization. The IT Delivery Lead will ensure high-quality master data and seamless system integrations while managing a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in classic IT project management.
• Strong domain knowledge in HR systems and processes, including employee master data and compensation.
• Experience with large HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the HCM solution from initiation to go-live.
• Facilitate structured project governance and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate integrations between the HCM system and other IT systems.
• Serve as the main contact point between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Manage change, user adoption, and knowledge transfer across relevant parties.

Skills

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
• Resilience and decisiveness to address issues proactively and challenge stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to apply both waterfall and agile delivery methods as needed.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT or project management.
