IT Audit Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading IT audits and supporting internal audit initiatives within a global organization. You will work closely with various teams to enhance the internal control environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of IT audit experience, either as an external or internal auditor in an international setting.
• Experience with IT General Controls, Application Controls, and Project Audits.
• Familiarity with auditing ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong background in cybersecurity audits covering governance, identity management, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
• Knowledge of IT governance and risk management frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 and COBIT.
• Preferred certifications include CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT audits as per the audit plan.
• Report objective audit results to stakeholders.
• Recommend controls to address identified weaknesses.
• Identify internal control deficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Follow up on management actions from previous audits.
• Support internal projects related to audit methodology and planning.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear messages for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data analytics for audit purposes is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with data analytics tools and audit software is beneficial.
