Interface and Integration Manager (Engineering, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Interface and Integration Manager is responsible for designing and managing interfaces, as well as preparing necessary documentation for installation and testing approvals. This role involves leading interface identification, managing cross-supplier alignment, and escalating unresolved interface issues.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in interface management and multi-supplier integration within rail or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to translate complex dependencies into practical agreements and testable criteria.
• Strong skills in meeting control, action tracking, and escalation.
• Resilience in handling stress during interface disputes and integration test failures.
• Structured, persistent, and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interface management plan, interface register, and closure evidence.
• Coordinate and chair interface meetings, track actions, and convert open points into agreements or escalations.
• Ensure interface changes are reflected in requirements and plans.
• Support integration readiness reviews and cross-system commissioning scenarios.
• Lead interface identification and manage technical coordination.

Skills

• Experience in multidisciplinary rail, infrastructure, or systems-integration programs.
• Strong meeting control and action tracking skills.
• Ability to manage stress during disputes and failures.

Education

• Relevant degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
