Integration Developer (Freelance, Remote)

Job summary

This freelance role involves designing and optimizing system integrations within a hybrid AI and human environment, focusing on reliable data connectivity across platforms. The position is part-time and remote, ideal for professionals experienced in API integrations and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in API integrations, automation, or software development.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate integrations between core business systems such as CRMs and ad platforms.
• Build and optimize workflows using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Connect and synchronize databases across platforms like Airtable and Google Sheets.
• Ensure reliable, real-time data transfer and consistency across systems.
• Troubleshoot and enhance data flow performance and error handling.
• Support integration of automated communication systems.

Skills

• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON.
• Proven ability to manage integrations across multiple SaaS tools.
• Solid background in database synchronization and building reliable data pipelines.
• Understanding of API rate limits, pagination, and performance optimization.
• Experience with real-time vs. batch processing architectures.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in relevant technical fields is a plus.

Tools

• Familiarity with integration tools and platforms, as well as database management systems like Airtable and Google Sheets.
