Job summary

This freelance role involves designing and implementing system integrations within a hybrid AI and human environment, focusing on reliable data connectivity across various platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in API integrations, automation, backend systems, or software development.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is advantageous.
• Proficient in English (Upper-intermediate B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Design and assess integrations between core business systems such as CRMs and ad platforms.
• Build and enhance workflows utilizing APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Connect and synchronize databases across platforms like Airtable and Google Sheets.
• Ensure consistent and real-time data transfer across systems.
• Troubleshoot and enhance data flow performance and reliability.
• Support the integration of automated communication systems.

Skills

• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON.
• Proven ability to manage integrations across multiple SaaS tools.
• Solid background in database synchronization and data pipeline construction.
• Understanding of API rate limits, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Experience with real-time and batch processing architectures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Tools

• Familiarity with integration tools and platforms, as well as communication APIs for outreach automation.
