Job summary

This is a one-year temporary position for an Industrial Engineer in the R&D organization, focusing on packaging production and development for new products. The role involves collaborating with local industrial engineering teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing design and optimized packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Technology, or related fields, or relevant experience in manufacturing roles.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and packing.
• Understanding of manufacturing environments and LEAN principles.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging configurations for prepack and final pack production.
• Ensure packaging solutions are optimized for manufacturing and packing plants.
• Drive continuous improvements in packaging workflows with a focus on quality.
• Maintain and develop packaging guidelines reflecting the latest capabilities.
• Provide industrial engineering expertise across development teams.
