Job summary

The Implementation Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing installations in a railway environment, ensuring site readiness and coordinating installation efforts. This role involves leading field execution planning and delivery integration while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in implementation management within rail, electrical, telecoms, control systems, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in site logistics, access planning, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resource constraints effectively.
• Resilience under stress during access changes and supplier delays.
• Practical leadership with a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define implementation strategies, installation sequences, and logistics plans.
• Coordinate with various managers and teams to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Track installation progress and manage site recovery actions.
• Ensure all necessary designs, materials, and permits are prepared before work begins.
• Escalate risks related to access, health, safety, and quality to the Project Manager.
