About the role

Job summary

The ICT Assistant role is part of the ICT & Data Analytics Team within the Supply Chain Management Unit. This position is responsible for supporting the effective functioning of ICT services related to supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in installing and configuring application systems software and hardware.
  • Proficient in monitoring and maintaining telecommunication systems and equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment malfunctions and operational needs.
  • Ability to provide technical support for hardware and software applications.
  • Experience in maintaining customized application software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure collaboration and telecommunication equipment.
  • Monitor daily operations of telecommunication systems and print/scan services.
  • Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions.
  • Act as the focal point for user requests and provide technical support.
  • Maintain software and hardware integration, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Manage the ICT service catalogue and resolve level 1 support calls.
  • Collaborate with global service desk systems and assist with internal business applications.
  • Liaise with technical teams to address issues and enhancements.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM and supply chain applications, telecommunication systems, and service desk software.
