IAM Reliability Engineer (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

The IAM Reliability Engineer will support and automate identity lifecycle processes across various platforms while ensuring secure and compliant access management. This role involves operational support for IAM solutions and driving automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Ping Identity, Omada, and Delinea PAM.
• Proficient in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python) for creating self-service solutions.
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle automation, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Understanding of role-based access control and identity governance.
• Experience in incident handling and operational support in enterprise environments.
• Strong documentation skills for runbooks and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for IAM platforms.
• Identify and automate manual operational tasks to reduce incident volume.
• Automate IAM processes including access management.
• Support access reviews and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and resolve major incidents.

Skills

• Strong automation and scripting abilities.
• Knowledge of IAM best practices and governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education

• Relevant experience in IAM or related fields is required.
