Human Health Product Quality Manager (Pharmaceuticals, Hørsholm)

Job summary

This role involves ensuring product quality and compliance within the Human Health value chain, working closely with various teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Science
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar industry
• Proven experience as a people manager or project manager
• Strong leadership skills in complex situations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer on quality matters
• Lead quality discussions within the Product Management Team
• Ensure product specifications meet market needs
• Make final decisions regarding product dispensations
• Drive initiatives to reduce customer complaints
• Collaborate with local Quality teams on product complaints

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field
