Responsibilities

• Identify and source lodging development opportunities by engaging with owners, developers, and consulting firms.
• Analyze the feasibility of potential development projects, considering financial and operational aspects.
• Map key stakeholders such as developers, brokers, and investors.
• Conduct financial feasibility analyses and preliminary evaluations of potential sites.
• Identify strategic partners and high-value opportunities through research and networking.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal materials for prospective projects.
• Assist in outreach and relationship management to secure new lodging opportunities.

Skills

• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate ownership in sourcing opportunities.

Education
