Job summary

This role involves hands-on leadership for an engineering professional who combines technical design expertise with people management. The Engineering Manager will oversee a small Engineering team, ensuring efficient operations that support production flow and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in engineering or technical design within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and experience with CAD, product configuration, and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering activities including production drawings, customer-specific designs, technical calculations, and order engineering.
• Coach and develop the Engineering team, conduct performance dialogues, and ensure effective onboarding.
• Plan engineering resources according to business priorities and coordinate workloads across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and ensure compliance with company standards and technical specifications.
