Job summary

The Head of Product will lead the development of a groundbreaking platform that integrates AI and blockchain technologies. This role involves translating the company's vision into a comprehensive product strategy and overseeing the execution from pre-mainnet to launch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with 2-3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong technical background to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and blockchain/Web3 ecosystems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and evolve the existing product vision and roadmap for the platform.
• Design a multi-sided platform catering to various stakeholders, including developers and enterprises.
• Lead product execution from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with engineering and market strategies.
• Establish and maintain product processes that ensure speed and quality.
• Define and track key performance indicators for product and ecosystem success.

Skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in remote, fast-paced environments with a focus on ownership and accountability.

Education

• Relevant degree in a technical or business field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and product management tools is beneficial.
