Job summary

The role involves leading medical safety within Global Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing a team of safety professionals. The position requires travel within Europe and offers the opportunity to influence safety processes in a biotechnology environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in clinical safety and pharmacovigilance, including senior roles.
• Strong regulatory knowledge in global safety activities, signal management, and risk minimization.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the medical safety team, ensuring necessary tools and skills are available.
• Provide high-quality clinical safety contributions to development programs and lifecycle management of products.
• Participate in governance committees and the GCSP Leadership Team.
• Support GCP and GVP audits and inspections.
• Stay updated on innovative technologies and regulations in the field.
