Job summary

This role involves leading Life Cycle Management for the Continence Care and Bowel Care portfolio, overseeing a team of 10 Risk Managers and Product Support Specialists across multiple locations. The position focuses on ensuring product performance, compliance, and availability throughout their lifecycle while balancing quality and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Management, Product Development, Life Cycle Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills through people management, project leadership, or technical expertise.
• Background in the medical device industry or another highly regulated sector.
• Strong understanding of products, processes, and business needs.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across various functions.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Risk Managers and Product Support Specialists.
• Manage lifecycle activities for established products and serve as the primary quality contact.
• Drive product improvements, corrective actions, and business continuity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with design control, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to meet business needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and continuous improvement.
