• Establish and maintain effective governance processes for IT portfolios.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Balance funding and resource capacity to support strategic priorities.
• Ensure that IT initiatives achieve measurable benefits and apply learnings for future projects.
• Foster collaboration with various departments, including Finance and Group PMO, to enhance project delivery.
