Job summary

This role involves leading the global regulatory strategy for a rapidly growing consumer healthcare company, overseeing a multi-layered organization and developing future regulatory leaders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
• Over 15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, including leadership roles in consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
• Strong background in pharmaceutical regulations, with additional experience in medical devices and cosmetics

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global regulatory strategy across various healthcare categories
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Scientific Affairs, Commercial, Innovation, Medical, Quality, and Supply to facilitate business growth
• Ensure Regulatory Affairs acts as a strategic partner to drive innovation and market expansion
• Translate regulatory requirements into business opportunities
• Lead and develop a global Regulatory Affairs team, enhancing leadership capabilities
• Improve regulatory processes and governance for increased efficiency
• Provide strategic regulatory input throughout product development and market launches
• Ensure compliance and timely submissions across global markets
• Represent the organization with regulatory authorities and industry partners
