Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in AI service/product ownership or digital transformation, with a strong background in AI product delivery at scale.
• Proven track record of building new teams and capabilities from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled features and workflows, particularly in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the newly formed Ops AI Enablement team, defining roles and collaboration models across various departments.
• Develop and maintain the AI roadmap for Operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Manage the AI innovation funnel, translating operational challenges into actionable AI use cases.
• Establish a benefits tracking framework for AI initiatives, reporting outcomes to leadership.
• Facilitate AI adoption in daily workflows and support change management initiatives.

Skills

Education
