GRC Student Worker (On-site, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function within the Life & Pension sector, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience in GRC and Information Security. The position is designed for students to work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to compliance, risk management, and Information Security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Risk Management, IT Security, Law, or similar)
• Interest in governance, risk, compliance, and Information Security
• Structured and detail-oriented with a knack for organizing processes
• Motivated to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, or ISAE3402 is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer-related compliance activities, including documentation and evidence collection
• Support Information Security tasks, audits, assessments, and internal risk reviews
• Help maintain and update the Risk Framework and related documentation
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled
• Assist in structuring and documenting GRC processes and procedures
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and awareness initiatives
• Support continuous improvements of GRC tools, processes, and documentation within the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
