Job summary

The GitHub Solutions Architect will lead the adoption of enterprise-grade GitHub platforms, focusing on designing and implementing secure, scalable development workflows for major organizations. This role involves acting as an advisor to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering and modern software delivery.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in GitHub architecture design and version control strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade GitHub architectures that meet complex business and security requirements.
• Guide customers through transitions from platforms like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Mentor consultants and elevate the standards of the GitHub practice.
• Conduct maturity assessments and define adoption roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Implement DevSecOps principles and advanced security controls, including GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS).

• Commercial awareness to identify growth opportunities and shape consulting offerings.
• Pre-sales fluency to lead technical conversations and build client trust.

Education

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools and GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS).
