Functional Consultant (Sales, Life Sciences, Onsite, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing and supporting sales business processes within the life sciences sector, specifically through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ solutions. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met and improvements are continuously integrated into the application landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, with a strong analytical approach to change requests.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders for gathering business requirements and feedback.
• Experience in configuring D365 CRM, dataverse, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong attention to detail in change specifications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Process Managers and stakeholders to understand and translate business processes into detailed specifications.
• Analyze sales requirements and work with consultants and architects to design optimal solutions.
• Manage functional change delivery, including analysis, specification, testing, and documentation.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for stakeholders on CRM and CPQ solutions.
• Partner with development and testing teams to clarify requirements and validate functionality.

Skills

• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and effective communication.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ processes is advantageous.
• Experience in a global IT application continuous improvement team within a regulated industry is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
