Job summary

The role involves enhancing and supporting sales business processes within the life sciences sector, focusing on the implementation of modern applications like Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ across multiple global sales sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Over 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, with a strong analytical approach to change requests and functionality implementation.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement for gathering business requirements and feedback.
  • Experience in configuring D365 CRM, dataverse, power platform, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail in change specifications and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Process Managers and stakeholders to understand and translate business processes into detailed change specifications.
  • Analyze sales requirements and work with consultants and architects to design optimal solutions.
  • Manage functional change delivery, including analysis, specification, testing, and documentation.
  • Create training materials and train stakeholders on leveraging CRM and CPQ solutions effectively.
  • Partner with development and testing teams to clarify requirements and validate functionality.

Skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to maintain high standards in documentation and functional design.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Tools

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), dataverse, power platform.
