About the role

Job summary

This role involves developing and enhancing enterprise-grade CRM solutions using the Creatio platform, focusing on both backend and frontend development. The position requires end-to-end feature delivery, from implementing business logic in C# to UI development with TypeScript and Angular.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with C#, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript and Angular (version 18 or close equivalents).
  • Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture and client-server interactions.
  • Practical experience developing on the Creatio platform, including objects, processes, business logic, and packages.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end features across full-stack environments.
  • Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, including integration design, data mapping, and error handling.
  • Understanding of clean code principles, layered architecture, and refactoring best practices.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to debug complex issues across multiple application layers.
  • Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines, Freedom UI customization, complex API integrations, and telecom or B2B CRM environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Develop and customize a B2B CRM platform based on the Creatio ecosystem.
  • Implement backend business logic using C# while leveraging Creatio platform capabilities.
  • Build frontend features using TypeScript and Angular, ensuring responsive interfaces.
  • Configure and extend Creatio objects, business processes, and UI components.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom Creatio packages and ensure system consistency.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure data integrity across all integrated systems and workflows.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support deployment processes.
  • Debug and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
