• Address customer and employee complaints and resolve conflicts.
• Support store opening and closing processes and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Inspect store equipment and communicate maintenance needs.
• Proactively solve operational challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Promote a positive work culture and encourage teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to enhance the shopping experience.
