Freelance Web Designer (Remote)

Job summary

A freelance Web Designer is needed to contribute to a project focused on creating marketing pages and conversion-driven layouts. This fully remote role requires collaboration with Tendem Agents to transform briefs and drafts into polished web-ready designs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating responsive web layouts and design systems.
• Strong understanding of conversion-driven layouts and modern design trends.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting one-pagers and landing pages based on provided content.
• Convert brand assets into responsive web layouts for easy implementation.
• Prepare production-ready files for developers or no-code tools.
• Ensure visual consistency across web pages and marketing materials.
• Verify layout quality standards for responsiveness and clarity before delivery.

Skills

• Strong eye for clarity, spacing, and modern web layout trends.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot design challenges.

Education

• A degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Tools

• Figma, Webflow, Framer, and other design tools as needed.
