Qualifications

• Over 5 years of practical experience in machine learning with demonstrable business impact.
• A portfolio showcasing completed projects and publications that highlight real-world problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python for data science, including libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms, with a deep understanding of their applications.
• Expertise in SQL and database operations for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment workflows.
• Experience with modern frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Excellent written English skills (C1+).

Responsibilities

Project time expectations

Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, subject to project needs.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $58 per hour, with compensation varying based on project scope and expertise required.
