Job summary

This freelance position involves designing and optimizing automation workflows using low-code platforms within a hybrid AI and human environment. The role requires collaboration with Tendem Agents to ensure reliable and scalable execution of workflows across various systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in low-code/no-code automation, workflow development, or software development.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or above.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evaluate complex automation workflows across various business tools and platforms.
  • Build and optimize workflows using low-code platforms (Make.com, n8n), APIs, webhooks, and event-based logic.
  • Implement custom JavaScript for advanced logic and data transformations within automation tools.
  • Connect and synchronize data across platforms such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and CRMs.
  • Ensure reliable execution of workflows with error handling, logging, and fallback mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance automation performance, reducing failures and optimizing efficiency.
  • Support the automation of communication and operational workflows.

Skills

Compensation

Earn up to $60 per hour, depending on experience and contribution pace. Compensation varies based on project scope and complexity.

  • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats (e.g., JSON).
  • Proven ability to design and manage complex workflows using low-code solutions.
  • Experience in building reliable automation workflows with error handling and validation mechanisms.
  • Understanding of API limitations and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with real-time and scheduled automation workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workflow reliability.
  • Self-directed with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows independently.
