Job summary

This is a freelance opportunity for a Graphic Designer to work on the Tendem project, focusing on creating visual assets for various marketing and communication goals. The role is fully remote and part-time, ideal for creative professionals with experience in visual communications and layout design.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in English (Upper-intermediate B2 or above).

Responsibilities

• Create clean layouts and modern infographics, establishing a clear visual hierarchy for engaging content.
• Design reusable templates for social media and impactful one-pagers.
• Enhance materials using advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition.
• Transform raw data into polished visual assets tailored to specific goals.
• Ensure design quality through systematic verification of visual elements before delivery.

Skills

• Exceptional grasp of typography and visual composition.
• Proven ability to create modern infographics and compelling templates.
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.

Compensation

Earn up to $50 per hour, depending on experience and contribution level.
