Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets, including logos and complete visual identities.
• Create and deliver variations of core brand elements systematically.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
• Build scalable visual systems that meet modern design standards.
• Validate design quality across digital and print mediums.

Skills

• Expertise in brand identity creation, including logos and color palettes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Ability to adapt brand elements across various formats.
• Strong organizational skills for developing brand guidelines and asset libraries.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset focused on long-term brand equity.

Education

• Portfolio showcasing branding work (logos, identity systems, guidelines) is required.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) or above is necessary.
