Responsibilities

  • Conduct fraud investigations and create informative reports for stakeholders.
  • Prevent and combat fraudulent behavior on the platform.
  • Identify and act on bad actors facilitating fraud.
  • Gather online intelligence on fraud trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Serve as a resource for other departments regarding evidence of fraud.
  • Collaborate with teams to build fraud detection tools and improve investigation processes.

Education
