• Support recruitment and ensure effective onboarding and training.
• Identify and develop future talent within the team.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Step in as Store Manager when necessary to maintain leadership continuity.
