About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on leading finance transformation initiatives within a large logistics organization, specifically overseeing portfolio orchestration for multi-country rollouts and integration projects. The position involves managing the end-to-end process of go-lives and ensuring readiness across various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in portfolio/program management, transformation, integration, consulting, or PMO leadership in complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to create alignment among senior stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale systems/process changes.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as gatekeeper for entry/exit criteria per country, ensuring measurable and transparent readiness.
  • Facilitate leadership decision-making forums and align stakeholders across Finance Transformation, Group Finance, Divisions, and Group IT.
  • Define governance structures, including templates, routines, data standards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive improvements in portfolio reporting and tool usage, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and PPM tools like Clarity.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-program interdependencies and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with portfolio reporting and data models.

Education

  • Relevant certifications in project management or continuous improvement (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus but not required.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and PPM tools (ideally Broadcom Clarity).
