Job summary

This role involves providing exceptional service for advanced analytical and scientific instruments within the Nordic region, focusing on Denmark and Southern Sweden. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment, while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Professional background in Electronics, Chemistry, or as a Laboratory Technician.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, preferably HPLC, IC, GC, and/or MS.
  • Experience servicing analytical equipment or as an Application Specialist is a plus.
  • Experience in research laboratories or similar environments is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across various levels and functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is desirable.
  • Strong IT skills and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair analytical instruments.
  • Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Train and support customers in the operation of analytical equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities and respond to customer needs at short notice.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Education

  • Relevant degree or professional background in Electronics, Chemistry, or related fields.

Tools

  • Analytical instruments, including HPLC, IC, GC, and MS.
