Expert Agentic AI Engineer (Finance, Hybrid)

Job summary

We are looking for a hands-on Expert Agentic AI Engineer to design and operationalize AI solutions that address business challenges in Asset & Wealth Management. This role involves translating business needs into effective agentic applications suitable for a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agentic AI, including designing and building workflows involving planners, executors, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Strong understanding of LLM operations with a focus on quality, latency, cost, and safety, including the ability to define test sets and conduct disciplined experiments.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, including input/output validation and data leakage prevention.
• Proficient in software engineering with Python, including modular design and testing.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and integration via REST APIs, along with knowledge of containerization and CI/CD processes.
• Background in data and analytics platforms, such as Snowflake, for context management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI applications that interact with enterprise systems.

• Monitor and improve agent performance in production based on feedback and evaluations.
