Experienced Workday Delivery Lead (HR Technology, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves guiding organizations through the transformation of their HR processes using Workday technology. The position focuses on delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions and managing client engagements effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Workday implementations at large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, resource management, and financial management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations from start to finish.
• Manage client stakeholders and ensure the quality of delivery for Workday projects.
• Utilize processes, tools, and proven assets to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Coach and mentor consultants and project managers.
• Participate in pre-sales activities for new and existing Workday clients.

• Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
